Basketball club ToPoLa (Touhun Pojat Lauttasaari ToPoLa) is located in Helsinki, Finland. It was founded in 1978 and operates mainly in the beautiful suburb of Lauttasaari, just a couple of subway stops from the downtown Helsinki.

The club has almost 700 members and about 50 coaches. In total, there are more than 30 teams, covering the full range from pre-schoolers to youth, league and senior teams.

ToPoLa coaches and office employees command good English skills and all teams welcome non-Finnish speaking players!
